Add an open door security switch on Nomad

Hi,

I have an older version of the Nomad without the switch detecting the open door. I would like to add this switch to comply to european security rules rather than removing the pin on the board as suggested in order to use the later version of Carbide motion.
Is it possible to do so ? Can someone explain me how to do it ?
