Adding bit to tool database

I have a Freud 3/4" mortising bit (model FRE16-104) which I would like to add to the tool database. This will be used for flattening my wasteboard.

Where do I find the values to enter in the database.
The following information (except for the geometry) was auto-filled.

How do I find valid values for cutting parameters ?
