I want to add a 4mm drill to my tool library. I take it I add it as an End Mill?
And I notice that the drag engravers (MC Etcher) are under End Mills and not engravers. What’s up with that??
Insofar as endmills and not drills are supported, yes.
Note that any tooling used must support spinning at the speed of a router/spindle, c.f., “drill-mill”.
The M.C. Etcher being listed as an endmill may come down to a matter of history — if uncertain organic memory serves it was added before the Engraver category came to exist (but I’m not willing to do the software archaeology to verify that) — might be that @wmoy could verify/explain and perhaps, in his rôle as keeper of the feeds and speeds might arrange for this to be updated at the next major revision.
