Can I somehow adjust the thickness of the purple lines by hand? (i.e. typing in the numbers) These lines will be engraved. I can’t find the option in CC.

Not directly.
They would need to be cut using a tool assigned to a no offset contour toolpath, so the width would be that of the tool used — if you want a different width you will need to make a suitable rectangle.
Thanks! What confused me is the difference in the lines in thickness when I made them. Maybe I just need to make one and copy-paste to be sure they all will be the same. I use a no offset contour toolpath so I think it probably will work out ok…
Different line thickness is discarded on import.
