Advance VCarve - Pocket first or Second and why?

I figure there are non-brainer reasons to Pocket first or second .
I am not even going to guess, it would expose my lack of knowledge

Mostly, I change this to minimize tool changes.

I was going to do the same, but I figured there could be another reason.

I believe there may be a slight change in how things cut if endmill deflection is likely which makes cutting the V first better — probably worth testing out on a given machine/material/tool setup.

I did the V first in PVC recently based on advice. In hard wood I usually do the pocket first but can’t say it really makes a difference.
