Here is a short video I shared on Instagram today showing how to hold a non-square part for 2nd and 3rd operations. It shows a fixture that is a cutout of the part. Holding is then locked down with fixture wax from Carbide shop. What kinds of advanced work holding have you used on your CNC?

Brilliant idea. I saw some similar designs for 3d printing, but I couldn’t figure out why one would print it instead of using a copper alloy. (Doesn’t the coronavirus live up to 3 days on plastic?) Thanks for sharing!
