After initializing wont let me jog more than 3mm

Just finished setting up my 5 and hit initialize and it goes to back right corner like it should . I then try to jog forward to set zero and it will jog for half second and stop… anyone have any ideas?

Setting Grbl Configuration in CM 517 and later

I just did that, thank you! I was up and running for a second until I got a (busy) sign in the middle of the cut and after a solid minute I gave up and hit stop. now im trying to troubleshoot this problem haha.

I was initially getting this busy error after a few seconds. I did a lot of troubleshooting over night. One of the things I did was to use my laptop instead of the relatively low powered tablet that I used with my other two shapeokos. I’ve had successful runs since swapping them out. I guess it could just be a crazy coincidence. Still, it might be worth a try. I even swapped back to the tablet to verify and as expected it stalled a few second in.
