Air Blast Mount

Anyone know where I can acquire a mount for air blast that I can attach to my VFD (65mm)? I know there are some CAD files for 3D printing but I do not have access to a printer.

I have a file for a air blast mount for a HDZ. If you want to cut your own mount out of a piece of aluminum let me know. I’ll look for the file and clean it up a bit.

Have you checked your local library? I can get prints made and the cost (by the ounce) is very reasonable. I can’t specify the filament, but for most things it works fine.

Thanks Will. Is a z-plus considered an HD spindle mount?

The Z-Plus on an SO4 or Pro uses mounting holes which are similar to those used for the HDZ.

An HDZ and Z-Plus Z-axis are quite different.

I don’t know it this will work on the Z-Plus but your more than welcome use or modify the file as needed.
