I found it helped a lot to reduce the puddling when I chamfered the end of the nozzle.

Thank you for that @Steve.Mc . If you don’t mind me asking, how much air pressure do you run going to the connecting block?
I believe 20 psi, and I use straight denatured alcohol when cutting aluminum.

Been going back and fourth on if I want to just drop the money on a real one or try the amazon special first. I always dreamed of a real mister on my nomad but now that I will soon have the ability to take full advantage I find myself second quessing if I really need it or not xD

I’ve been thru several versions of Amazon ones, and they can work well enough. But I want a little extra margin and to push fairly hard.
