Aluminum spartan mask thing

A buddy of mine is a retired police officer and wanted one of those blue line spartan masks. Turns out those are expensive and small so I made him one in Fusion 360 and cut it out on my S03 using a single flute 1/8th endmill out of .25 6061.
The lowered parts I filled with epoxy (black and blue tint) before I did the contour cut to remove the piece from it’s stock .
After that I just sanded the bejesus out of it to get the epoxy and raised aluminum smooth. I covered it with a flood coat of epoxy to seal up the aluminum from corrosion and then polished it. We used 3m tape to attach it to the luggage carrier on the back of his bike.
