Completed assembly of my Shapeoko 5 pro per instructions. Went to move the spindle on the gantry and found the mount is not connected to the lead screw. I do not see it in the instructions to do this. Nor do I have leftover hardware to fit it. Please correct me if I’m missing something. See photo

Yeah, first support guy just sent me the instructions again. No help.
Second one actually was helpful and said I will get hardware mid next week.
There will always be an oops, but it speaks volumes how someone corrects the oops. First guy left me guessing, hence the forum question. Second guy cared and corrected.

I believe someone else had the issue a couple of months ago, believe the screw component is attached to the rear of the gantry with 2 M6 screws that you may even have in the spare screw bag. If not the screws are available at Ace and Home Depot or you could borrow them from other parts of the machine, like the hybrid table. (probably a 1" or 1’.5" long). My machine is at work and I am home so can’t tell you for sure.
