Another Shapeoko 5 initializing issue

Hi,
I finished putting together my shapeoko 5 this weekend. I followed the newer video tutorial, changed the profile from 2x2 to 4x4, the hit the “send config data” button. Then I clicked Initialize machine, and it did. Then I followed the instruction to set the bit setter. Again I did everything as instructed on the updated video-I enabled the bitzero and pushed the “use Current Location. When I re-initialized the machine it went all the way to the back and then it freeze the app say “BUSY” and nothing happens, it just stay in the “Busy” state.
I turned off everything, moved the gantry slightly forward away from the proximity sensors, turned everything on again and then same thing happened, it initialize and freezes with the word “Busy” on.

I am using a laptop running windows 10 (it has a i5 processor, so plenty of power). The latest version of Motion is installed.

Has anyone experienced this problem. Is there a fix?

Thank you

Have you updated your firmware? It may be that this needs to be done on your machine — check in at support@carbide3d.com and see:

This is an update: I updated the firmware and everything started working again until I tried to initialize the bit-setter. Then the same issue happened… Someone from Carbide called me, and it seems that the issue is with the bit-setter. I have disabled the bitsetter for now, and everything seems to be working. I have yet to cut something… Carbide is sending me a new cable.
