Anyone using XXL with Fusion 360

I use Fusion exclusively and have never had this problem you are describing.
If you select a pocket why are you then setting a negative depth, fusion knows the depth. Id this a 3d model or are you just trying to put toolpaths on 2d geometry

You would be better off using adaptive clearing vs 2d pocket, then come back with a finishing pocket

Are you still having troubles with this or did you get it sorted?

I am testing now but here is the first thing I noticed. I am using the file that Michael Oakley provided. Carbide motion is saying the z axis is at .04 which it should be but it is cutting .1582 deep. I zeroed everything correctly no doubt in my mind. That I think is the first issue. I let it continue cutting and the final depth was 1.22 in instead of 1". I am puzzled

BTW those should all be - values

I may have missed it in the earlier posts, but did you check that while just jogging up and down 1" in the air, the Z axis actually moves by 1", or is it off with that simple test already ?
