Are router burrs usable as endmills?

I’m seeing router burrs on sale, such as this one from drillman1:

Wikipedia says they can be used as endmills, but is that true for our S3?

If they can be used, but are not as good as an endmill, what am I losing out on by using these?

Yes, but for certain materials.

These are typically used for Carbon Fiber (and Fiberglass) type materials in industry.

I use diamond-cut fishtail bits (very similar to a burr) to cut fiberglass and carbon fiber. Works great.
