Machine all set up. Double checked every bolt . All good.
Turned on- all good.
Went to put bit in. Fell out. Removed jam nut. There is no collet in the spindle or on the jam nut. Am I missing something? Was that hidden somewhere in the packaging? I have went through the boxes 10 times.
Is this with a VFD?

If we also shipped you a Standard Carbide Compact Router you could use that for the nonce. If you don’t want to wait on shipping, a Makita RT0701 would fit the 65mm mount and at least let you get cutting w/ the #201 and other 1/4" tooling.

What size is it? Can I possible buy one locally until yours comes?
The spindle mount is 65mm in diameter — any 65mm trim router will fit.
The collets are ER-11, but good quality ones are probably only available at specialty machine shop suppliers.
