Ran into a few issues with the sensors. The one of the original four that was mounted was in an always On status. No matter where it was plugged in, that location always reported home in the debug screen. Took that one out and replaced it with the spare. That uncovered the second problem. My sensor on the Z axis looks normal until it detects something and lights up red. But when the axis moves away, it stays lit up like the axis is in the home position. I was able to use the MDI interface to test the movements of the motors and could set the zero position. But, because I cannot finish initialization, I cannot set the BitSetter locations and complete the Initialization process. Got a lot of help from Joshua this weekend and hope I can get some sensors and some Y rail mounting points sent to me quickly so I can get this thing running! Has anyone else had this type of experience with the sensors?
