Bad characters in gcode file

I’m getting this banner when trying to load a program in my shapeoko 3 says bad characters in gcode file

How did you generate the gcode?
What post processor?
Can you share the gcode?

I have some cut 2d pro files that we are using on a machine that we bought already set up. But have now bought a new second machine but can’t get it to run files

Post the .c2d and generated .nc files and we’ll try to look into them.

I will have to log on through my laptop. I will do so when I get home
