Balancer to go with Slant Board

Hi,

In addition to the slant board, my son-in-law also asked me to make a…“balance board”. I am not sure what they are called in real life, but this was also fun to make and he loves it. Apparently it can be used with the slant board. I am sure if I tried to use it I would earn the 'broken ankle +" award. But he loves it.

Here are some pics…

We use something similar (but with a considerably larger top surface) with our puppies. We call it the “Wobble Board”.

I am pretty sure that you have broken a forum rule here by mentioning doggies and not following through with an action photo…

I think this almost borders on animal cruelty, not letting the puppies get their 15 minutes of fame or 15 pictures of forum. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

No cruelty here! Just sleepy boys.

I would want a pretty damn good treat if I had to balance on one of those things.

No wonder the orange pup is tired, he has to defend his nap blanket from all who wish to adjust his schedule. The lighter one is looking for his opening, all that offence and defense means these naps are well deserved. Nice looking boys by the way.

Skip the balance part I’ll just go for the treat.

If you happened to the video I posted in the thread on 5.1 mobility you would know that I do too.

I was unaware there were casters like these. Thanks for leading me to your video Cullen.

I am concocting a method to use linear actuators to lift the table to engage/disengage the wheels. I make a new post if that plan works.
