Ball Mill in Letters

First time creating lettering content for a sign. Found National Park fonts. Seems no matter which ball mill I select (1/8 or 1/4) there is a mountain range peak left over in the middle of my letters (in Simulation). I’m selecting Pocket. Suggestions?

Increasing stepover may help.

Increase the number of stepovers. i.e. Decrease the stepover value/distance. :wink:
I like 20% of dia. For a 0.25", use a 0.050" stepover. (smaller if you prefer a smoother finish)

I played with decreasing and increasing the value and saw the effects in Simulation. Thanks very much.
