Best mill bit to cut 3/16 ABS plastic 1/8" bit would be fine

Hi guys, I’ve been working on a project and need to be able to cleanly cut 3/16" ABS. The mill bit can be up to 1/8". Can you recommend a tool and travel and rpm speeds? I’d really like it to almost look like it was injection molded if possible. Thank you! God bless.

A single flute tool at the hard plastic speeds in Carbide Create should work well — I’ve had good luck w/ a #274:
