I need to contour cut 3mm DiBond substrate which is a plastic core panel sandwiched in thin aluminum. What bit will work best?
.250" 0 flute works great
The Nomad test project used to be in this stuff, and a standard #102 — pretty much any carbide endmill should be fine.
A single flute might be a good idea as suggested by @DiscoJon
