Best tool for lot of pocketing for Shapeoko XXL?

What is the best tool and settings for a lot of pocketing, 16 mm./0.64" deep pocket in 25 mm./1" 24x24" MDF plate ?
I use a 69mm Dewalt router on the Shapeoko XXL.

Unfortunately, we don’t have feeds and speeds for a #278-Z in Softwood — might be worth trying.

Thanks. Can you get a 1/2" or 1" single flute for Shapeoko ?
What it the strongest 1" 2 flute you can get for Shapeoko ?

Amana 45224 and 45236 are pretty good, but wear down quickly in MDF.

I think I basically need a big ass plough
