Better GCode viewing in CM

In CM, when using the Preview to view the GCode

  • Allow multi-line select and Copy, so it’s easy to show GCode to others. Right now you have to save to file and open externally. Speaking of which…
  • Default extension for saving GCode should NOT be “.C2D”. “.NC” seems like a good default, since the file save dialog populates using that value.
