Bit setter probe failure vibrates and sticks

we can initialize and move the bit but it sticks and vibrates at the bit setter. it does not come back up. and we get bit setter probe failure. we moved the y setting from 850 to 855 to get it over the bit setter.

Was there a solution found? I am having the exact same issue… shapeoko xxl… initializes the moves to bit setter and pressed and grinds into bitsetter , the bit setter light turns on but the router never raises again amd stays at that position then i get the probe fail message
