I had to disconnect my bitt runner it stoped working. All the lights are working but it wont start the router when i start a job. I have the shapeoko pro please any help would be great.
If:
- the BitRunner is connected to an outlet with power
- the BitRunner is correctly wired up/connected
- the spindle is switched on (and doesn’t have a “No restart” safety feature)
- EDIT as @gdon_2003 noted, and the carbon brushes are in good condition and the router will run normally when plugged in directly
- the fuse is not blown
then you probably need to contact support@carbide3d.com
Check your router brushes. If the Bitrunner seems to be functioning but the router does not turn on have you tried to plug up the router to a 120vac source and turn on the router manually? If the router wont come on manually then check the brushes first.
