Bitsetter goes to the rear when tool change

Hello All,
I just started my first project and my Shapeoko 5 pro looked for my bitsetter at the rear of the machine. I already set the bitsetter at the front but when it asked to set up the tool the gantry just moved to the rear and broke off the chain for the Y access.

Am I missing a step?
