good news bad news. the good news I got the rev 4.0 controller. powered it on. tried to initialize. won’t initialize. went to Settings and the home x and home y limits are lit up in the app even though they’re not supposed to. so the machine won’t initialize. Any ideas what’s going on? I plugged the old Rev 2.0 controller back in and it works fine. So i’m assuming there’s something wrong with the Rev 4 you sent? Incidentally when I opened the box this afternoon, there were no packing/padding around the controller. just the controller in a box, which I’m pretty sure was slammed around during shipping.
My 3rd controller is arriving today so I hope to god this fixes the issue.
I’m in Canada and transit time is lengthily. I haven’t been able to use this machine since I bought it and it has been a very expensive table weight for over a month now.
