Did a clean install Windows 10 on ASUS 64 laptop and reinstalled Carbide Create 764 and now the design work area is all black. Tried changing grid, opening different files, new file, etc etc. But screen stays all black. Help!
Please check and see if you can update your video card drivers.
If that’s not it, is there an option to use a specific video card for a given application/screen?
Drivers state they are latest available.
Try rolling back video drivers to previous versions. I had the same problem with a windows 10 install on an old laptop, had to go 1 version back and it fixed this exact issue.

Yes, their latest already installed. Will try older versions and see.
