I used boolean tool with auto grouping, now I need to ungroup. HOW?

This is the file. I feel kinda dumb going through this trouble, I could just recreate it.
There are 5 objects:
None of which are grouped, each of which is individually selectable:
hence, no facility (or need) for ungrouping.
What do you wish to do that you are having difficulty with? Post a screen grab?

The modified file has one object in it:
A single object/selection cannot be ungrouped.
If you wish to have two objects where there is a single object, go into Node Editing:
right-click where you want the first separation to be:
and choose Cut Vector, then repeat where you want the second separation:
Done
which will result in two separate objects which may be grouped/ungrouped:
