I’ve noticed that both of my idler pullies are touching the rail thus scratching the rail. Is this a problem with wheel wear? Thanks

It’s a cosmetic thing — you should be able to address it by loosening the idlers, allowing them to shift up, then re-tightening them.
Some folks remove them entirely and take a file to them, but that shouldn’t be necessary.
