Bowl and tray bit speeds

I have a XXL 3. I was wondering what are good baseline feeds and speeds for hardwoods.My Whiteside bit didn’t seem to last that long. The bit is getting too hot. My depth was .075@65ipm with 18000 rpm.

Over-heating ==> reduce RPM, increase feedrate, reduce DOC.

So maybe 10K or 12K RPM, DOC .02 or .04, feedrate 100ipm.
