Brand New Machine X, Y, and Z axis problem

Here goes,
I have a brand new Shapeoko Pro XXL. I assembled it Sunday and downloaded carbide motion Build: 542 Released: 10-15-2021, I followed all instructions, checked every wire at least 5 times, had a friend check the wires twice, and all 3 axes are reversed.
I noticed the wiring on the z axis is wrong in the connectors located at the motor. It should be blue to blue etc, but it is not. If I plug the z axis in upside down, the wires match up and the z axis works correctly. If I switch the Y axes plug ins Y1 intoY 2, and Y2 into Y1, the Y axes work. The X axis does not work and I did not want to plug it in upside down in the controller.
Surely there must be some other way to fix this? I can’t believe that Carbide 3D would ship this machine this way. I have tried to contact them several times and I have had no luck. Any ideas???

Please send photos of your X- and Z-axis homing switch wiring extension connectors, including at the controller in to support@carbide3d.com and we’ll do our best to get this sorted out as quickly as we can.

Also, my blue led is continuously on.

This is caused by a bad batch of wiring extensions — some folks have gotten things temporarily working by powering down and rotating the connectors so that the wiring order/colour matches and securing them w/ zip ties.

We’ll send you a correctly wired set as quickly as we can.

Same issue when I received mine. I flipped my wiring to match the color coding of the wires. It’s definitely a problem that they’re aware about. If you flip the connecter opposite you should be fine for the time being. It won’t obviously click together, but it’ll start operating as it should. They sent me some new wiring within 3-4 days. I am just keeping it as backup since I haven’t had the wiring pull apart yet.

Replacing wiring is major surgery but doable
