Brand new Shapeoko 5 Pro, controller is bad

I am about fed up at this point.

I have a new 5Pro, 4x2. Z sensor was constantly reading as on, even if it was not even close. The first time it checks, if the controller box is not at a cool temperature, it just stops and the Debug screen show that it is on, so it will not initialize. After waiting days for new sensors, same problems continue and we narrow it down to the controller. Support tells me 2 days ago that they will overnight it to me today. I see the message come through and they are shipping it UPS Ground which will take another 5 days to get here. Is this the type of support I can expect from this company? Seems like a great machine, but I am wondering if I need to ship if back and get a refund.

Any advice would be appreciated.
