Breaking bits I just bought some 1/32 and have broken 3 just trying to do a simple job

A .001" bit cutting .06" deep. Unless my coffee has not kicked in yet that is a 60x length to width bit…crazy.

Well, that and runout when you get that small.

Note: Yes 60X, BUT it’s NOT done with one cutter. They use maybe 10-20 different lengths to creep up on that depth.
