can be used as a cookie tray too, needed some sanding and clearing of edges from chips, and sprayed with Shellac.
That turned out very nice!
Ever since being chased around the property when I was little, I’ve known chickens have malice in their hearts. This proves it even further, look at the way it’s chasing the rest of those poor animals.
Ruthless little monsters.

This is the tale:
he “Town Musicians of Bremen” (German: Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten) is a German fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm and published in Grimms’ Fairy Tales in 1819 (KHM 27).[1]
It tells the story of four ageing domestic animals, who after a lifetime of hard work are neglected and mistreated by their former masters. Eventually, they decide to run away and become town musicians in the city of Bremen. Contrary to the story’s title, the characters never arrive in Bremen, as they succeed in tricking and scaring off a band of robbers by climbing on each others back, screaming in their language through the house’s window, capturing their spoils, and moving into their house.
