Calibrate machine

Is there a way to recalibrate my machine for dimensions? I want to cut a circle pocket 0.5 inch in diameter. I make the radius 0.25inch. I use 1/4” end mill and run the program and out pops a hole too big. How do I fix these settings so the measurements agree with my calipers?

You could do several things. I would resend the configuration setup to the machine making sure you have the correct machine settings. Then check for lose mounting screws on all components, adjust all the belt tensions and check and or square the machine.

And maybe the bit setup could be off so check that too
