Cannot Add Tabs

I have not done a design in months. I am trying to add tabs to the outside vector (larger circle) but I cannot seem to do it.

I do not remember it being harder than just clicking the tabs icon and placing them.
What kind of simple thing am I missing here?

Select the geometry you wish the tabs to be used with:

click on “Edit Tabs”

click to place tabs:

Tabs show in the simulation — adjust size and placement as desired:

Yes, that is what I remember. I did that.
I guess I expected them to show up on the simulation and they don’t.
But now I slowed down the simulation and paid better attention to it and I guess all is OK.
