Cannot Open Port for Cutter - Serial Port: Unknown Error

Anyone run into this? Shapeoko 5 Pro was running fine, ended job in mid progress due to an error I saw in design. Went to start back up, get this notification.

Try shutting everything down and unplugging it and waiting for a while, then power up and try connecting again.
