how do i set this file up for a bowl bit use one inch bit

It doesn’t look like a 1" bit will fit anywhere in that design.
What are you trying to do?
CC doesn’t support a bowl (bullnose) bit, so you have to save it either as a flat or ballnose bit.
The simulation won’t look right, but the toolpath will be good, if you set it up right.
Cut a flat-bottomed recess using a bowl bit to round the edges and flatten the bottom, then V-carve that design in the bottom?
Model in 3D then use the new “Project to 3D Model” for an Engraving toolpath?
Note that we do have a video on using bowl bits:
If your bit is 1" wide CC will treat the bowl bit like a flat end mill. CC does not recognize the curved sides of a bowl bit. So create a custom tool that is 1" wide and setup your F&S according to your machine type. Just set the depth to what you want and would likely need to make a no offset contour cut to get something like a juice groove on a cutting board. If you make the path wider than 1" you may get weird results. That depends on the step over you set up in the custom tool. Just keep your cuts light because even an SO5 using a 1" bit takes some power so dont try to cut a 1/2" deep path all at once.
I’ve cut very similar pieces. I first used a bowl bit to cut the overall pumpkin shape and then used 1/8 and 1/16 bits for the finer detail in the bottom. I would go slow and light with the bowl bit, it hogs out a lot of material.
