Can't run homing sequence

Following on from my other thread I went about installing homing switches as it is on my to-do list. I’m running into difficulties.

I have done Z and tested it but X/Y axis does not start to home then it says aborted. I’m wiring this all myself with micro switches, and following these instructions:

Any ideas welcome.

I have sorted this. Some numpty had the Z axis trigger the E stop… silly sausage.
