I just wanted to make a quick post complimenting the entire carbide 3D support staff. Now I am clumsier than most and accident prone so needless to say I have had to use the “60 days mistakes are on us” warranty a few times and without a hitch parts have been sent out to me ASAP. This last mistake I made entailed me rolling my new CNC table with my 4x4 Shapeoko 5 Pro on top of it right into my toolbox and I had mounted the control box one the outside of my table. Ruined my USB connection and Carbide, after I sent them a pic of the damage, sent me out a new controller. Now I know that this is probably a VERY expensive item and I could not be more appreciative. For anyone out there considering doing business with this company, just know, without a doubt, they do what they say and say what they mean. It has been a long time since I have had customer service like this. Again, thank you so much for the help and for being understanding and not making me feel like a dumba$% which I was already feeling like.
