Carbide Copper Drill Table

Greetings,
I am attempting to make a pcb board that has several different size drill holes. I see that Carbide Copper V1.03 has fixed several bugs. My program, however, though it says V1.03 still is not creating the Drill table or letting me create separate Gcode files. Is there some way to activate these updates on my program?
Instead of just drilling all of the holes one size it just skips this part of my code all together.

Any help would be appreciated.
