Thought I saw a Copper beta 0.2 the other day, is .1 the latest beta?

HI Everyone -
The new beta works much better for my designs which incorporate a ground plane. The only issue I am having is it seem to not processing all my drill holes. I think its because there are multiple sizes in the gerber file. Anyone else having this issue? I had to manually add a few in the file which is fine for simple test projects, but not great long term. I am happy to send files or do some testing if it would help.
I havent tried using it for double sided yet but that is next.
