Does carbide creat pro automatically rearrange pieces to minimize waste from your stock? I haven’t purchased or trialed the software yet but I saw this ability on other softwares seen on social media. Just curious. Thanks.

No, Carbide Create (Free nor Pro) lacks that feature.

There are 3rd party tools which have it, as well as utilities for it — there’s also a website which will do this:
