Carbide Create 400 Beta Boolean substraction

I want to add by hand dogbones to a design.
I just add a circle in an edge and use the boolean subtract. Fore some cases ist works, but it seems to have problems if the path is not in 90°:


In the picture you can see a good example and a bad example, both done in the same way.
Attached the file with the project:

I do not know if this is a bug or if I do something wrong

I opened this up in CC401 and all the parts were open paths (indicated by being magenta)

I didn’t have any trouble closing the paths and subtracting the circles though:
