CARBIDE CREATE 431 updated now won’t open

Just updated to 431 Carbide create version
It now will not open!
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, check all drivers , all are up to date and all windows updates are done
I am running Windows 7

This function was introduced in Windows 8, hence the issue with Win 7.
