bought carbide create pro but unsure how it gets downloaded
You can get your license from either the e-mail or from https://my.carbide3d.com/license
The software package is the same, but it enables certain features. Once you have the license you can open carbide create, go to help>register, and put in the license code from the website. include the -----begin license---- and ------end license----- sections as well.
