Hello, I have carbide create pro and have purchased a stl file, having trouble resizing, have contacted the seller and they are unwilling to resize for me. I would like it to be 5 inches, I have tried the scale and the dots to resize, nothing is working. Would greatly appreciate your help with this.

Draw a rectangle the dimension which one wants:
Import STL file
It should be automatically scaled to match.
If that isn’t working for you, send the STL in to support@carbide3d.com and we will look into this with you.
