In the newer version in order to enter a custom tool it is necessary to create a new user library — tools may then be added to that by using the graphical interface.

Here is a .csv for the Amana tools which Carbide 3D has begun selling. Ok, thanks to @WillAdams I edited the CSV for the mills I added. Most of the columns made sense, some I guessed at. I believe things are good enough to not be afraid to try them out.
