Build 815 is the current Carbide Create.
Please let us know step-by-step what you are doing to cause this — upload a file which causes problems?
Windows or Mac OS?
Upload a screengrab showing what you are seeing?
If on Windows are you getting the bugsplat screen and submitting it?
the first time it happen yes i did get the bugsplat screen i hit the dont send. i wasn’t sure what to do or what it was i am not very computer savvy. when it happen i was running carbide motion in the middle of cutting and i would minimize the carbide motion screen and work on other carbide create projects that i was going to cut next so i had like 4 carbide create screens on the taskbar and all of a sudden 20 carbide create screens started popping up and carbide motion stop and i couldnt do anything on my computer i had to hit the power button. the ctrl+alt+delete taskbar would even load
I’ve found that CM doesn’t like it when you open up carbide create while it is running. I tried to check some items in CC while carving and CM stopped. I closed CC right away, and CM started carving again. I’ve learned to keep it closed.
If you’ll send the Bugsplat report, and send any files which were open to support@carbide3d.com along w/ step-by-step notes on what you were doing we should be able to look into this.
It may also help to run the System Information tool and send the output from that as a text file using your last and first name to support as well.
